“The Abbreviated Cook”
by Malini Saba
Malini launched a food business in Asia In 2006. She traveled through South East Asia to the Far East and finally onto Southern Asia with her entrepreneurial businesses, she enjoyed dabbling and sampling with local cuisines. Her love affair with food began as a teenager and it was reinforced with this journey.
The love for touching, sampling and fixing meals through experiments with different cuisines became a delight and provided her daughter joy. While experimenting, her vision for an eclectic cook book originated, mainly to give working busy women around the world an easier and more relaxing way to cook for themselves and their families while providing tasteful and nutritious options.
“The Abbreviated Cook”, the title of the cookbook, focuses on quality meals when dealing with time constraints. Malini concentrates on providing a meal plan in 20 to 30 minutes, while keeping the eater intrigued by her fusion mixes. Malini continues to explore different cuisines to add into her signature fusion dishes. When she is not in the kitchen, she is an avid writer, lover of art and a successful businesswoman.
