Directions
I got this recipe from a lady in Singapore . I had gone to her house for dinner and she had made a very simple meal . The pork dish and young broccoli steamed with oyster sauce . That was it and white rice .
It was divine and I want to share this recipe with you .
- Diced pork – 1 pound
- Sweet black thick soy sauce – 1/4 cup
- Rice wine vinegar – 2 tablespoon
- Chilli paste – 1 tablespoon
- Red onion – 1 large ( finely sliced)
- Garlic – 2 cloves diced
- Olive oil – 3 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
Mix the above ingredients , leaving out onion and garlic and place in refrigerator overnight to get better flavor .
Add the olive oil to medium heat and add the onions and garlic till they sweat .
Later add the marinated pork into pan .
Let it cook for 15 mins . Remember to add salt according to your taste buds .
Ready to eat .
I usually have sliced green chili in vinegar as a condiment . I must have chili with everything I eat 🙂
