Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
3 onions sliced
2 Cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
1 cup crab meat
1 cup ham sliced
1 cup fish sliced
1 cup arborio rice
5 cups Water
1/2 cup white wine
1 tablespoon Olive oil
2 tablespoons Butter
1/2 teaspoon oregano

    Crab risotto

    3 onions sliced
    2 cloves of garlic sliced
    1 cup of crab meat
    1 cup of ham sliced
    1 cup of fish sliced
    1 cup arborio rice
    5 cups of water
    1/2 cup of white wine
    1 tablespoon of olive oil
    2 tablespoon of butter
    1/2 teaspoon of oregano

    Place onions , garlic in pan and fry till brown.
    Add ham and add two tablespoon of butter and stir .
    Allow to simmer for three minutes and then add the cup of rice and stir . Let this sit for 3 mins and then add half a cup of wine.
    Stir the mixture and add salt and pepper to taste. Add the oregano .

    Add one cup of water to mixture and stir . Keep on adding water while to keep stiring. After your 4 th cup of water , add the crab .
    On the 5th cup of water add the fish . Keep stiring till the Consistency is wet but not runny.

    Take it off the heat and let sit for 2 mins.

    I usually finish it off with extra bit of butter .
