If you want a fast, healthy breakfast, you can’t go wrong with this 4 eggs breakfast for two.
What do you need?
- 4 eggs boiled to your taste (I like mine boiled at 2 minutes)
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 1 pinch of salt
Directions
- Boil the 4 eggs according to your personal preference.
- Drain the hot water from the pan and add cold water.
- Let them sit a bit to cool.
- Remove the eggs and crack in half.
- Spoon out the egg halves into 1 small bowl.
- Beat the eggs and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve and eat.
Enjoy this fast, healthy breakfast for two. Eggs have much protein so you won’t easily get tired or wore out during the day.
This meal should not take you more than 4 minutes in total.
