Directions
Grilled honey Pork and Rice
White Rice – 1 cup
Pork Belly – 500 grams, thinly sliced
Cucumber – 1
Onion – 1 red
Carrots – 1 sliced fine into circles
Honey – 2 tablespoons
Black soy sauce – 4 tablespoons
Soy sauce – 5 tablespoons
Chili Garlic Sauce – 2 tablespoons
Sugar – 2 teaspoons
Vinegar – 2 cups
Eggs – 4 eggs
Carola Oil – 3 tablespoons
Wash the cup of rice and place in rice cooker. At the same time place the eggs to boil. Slice the pork belly into threads and marinate with honey, black soy sauce, soy sauce and chili garlic sauce. Let rest for about 20 minutes. In the meantime slice the onions, cucumber and carrots into slices then place them in a two cups of vinegar. Mix the sugar into the vinegar and leave it to rest for 20 minutes.
Place the pork in oil and fry it till its cooked through. Cook for 20 minutes on high heat.
Serve with white rice and the pickled vegetables.
