Guacamole with an Asian Twist
One thing I always like when I am cooking is having a glass of wine and something to munch on. Cooking is a form of relaxation for me.
One quick thing I can make that won’t take 5 mins is this dip.
- 2 Avocado
- 1 red onion
- 1 clove of garlic (optional – your choice if you want this)
- 1 lime
- pepper and salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder
- chips, any style
Smash the Avocado into a chunky form. Chop the onions in a chunky manner. Chop the garlic very fine or use a mortar and pestle to crush it down.
Combine the ingredients in the mortar and pestle adding the salt, pepper and chili powder. Lastly, serve with a glass of wine and any kind of chips you have in your cabinet.
