1 half riped mango sliced
2 teaspoons of pepper
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon of chili flakes
2 teaspoons of mustard seeds
1/4 cup of vinegar
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of sugar
Peel and slice mango . You can also cut them into cubes if you like .
Take mustard seeds and grind them up . Add the rest of ingredients and grind them into a pulp and then mix it into the sliced mango .
Leave in a Tupperware for a few hours .
I usually leave it for about 6 hours and then I use it
You can add this to a salad or just have it with a glass of beer as a bite .
I make this weekly because I eat it with everything .
