Fresh mint – leaves only about 200 g. Finely chopped.
Garlic – 3 cloves, peeled and chopped.
Lime – use preserved limes, if you can. If you don’t have preserved limes, then cut one lime into small pieces.
Olive oil about 150 ml
Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend. Add the Olive oil sparingly till all ingredients are blended smooth.
Serve with chips, lamb cutlets or fish cutlets.
