This recipe is fast and fairly easy to make.

  • 2 large sweet potatoes 
  • 1 Apple
  • Fried cranberries
  • Pumpkin seed

 I cut the sweet potato into cubes and then place them in oven for about 35 minutes to bake until a little brown . 

Next, I slice the apples into cubes . 

Lastly, add the apples, sweet potatoes, dried cranberries and the pumpkin seeds into a large bowl . 

 

Mix it all together and then add the yogurt and maple syrup dressing to it .

 

Remember you may substitute ingredients as you please . Improvise if required .  If you don’t have the dried cranberries, please consider substituting with dried apricots instead .
